My name is Marie T. Keegan, and I am a cross-professional supervisor and spiritual companion dedicated to supporting professional, personal, and spiritual growth.

As a full member of the Supervisor’s Association of Ireland (SAI) and the All-Ireland Association of Spiritual Guidance (AISGA), I draw on a deep well of expertise and compassion to walk alongside others on their journeys toward wholeness.

My practice is rooted in fostering insight, resilience, and spiritual development through contemplative practices that invite reflection and transformation. Since 2019, I have been privileged to support individuals through cross-professional supervision and spiritual companionship, creating safe and nurturing spaces for growth.

In addition to one-on-one guidance, I host reflective workshops designed to empower participants to grow holistically—professionally, spiritually, and personally. These workshops offer an opportunity to pause, reflect, and discover meaningful ways forward.

My work is fuelled by a deep belief in the Divine within every individual and a commitment to fostering holistic growth that is both meaningful and lasting.
