Living and Breathing Mysticism in Today’s World
Exploring how the thinking and practices of mystical spirituality can enrich our everyday lives
Dr. Gráinne Doherty is a retreat presenter, an adult faith educator, facilitator, researcher, and spirituality writer whose doctoral thesis focused on the relationship between Catholic doctrine and Irish Catholic women. She previously taught in All Hallows College in Dublin and held pastoral leadership roles at parish and diocesan levels. Dr. Doherty authored the book “Joy of Love: A Family Perspective” (2018), which reflects on Pope Francis’s writings in the context of modern family life. Underlying Gráinne’s work is a striving to make connections between our religious beliefs and the lived reality of our everyday.
