David Ellison has been a long term practitioner of meditation and has been facilitating groups for many years, including over three years at the Margaret Aylward Centre.
This group is open to people of all faiths and none,
based on the Christian school of John Main Meditation.
It meets in the Sacred Space, our upstairs room overlooking the grounds, on Thursday evenings.
There is no charge for this event, however we ask people to book places in advance for practical reasons. Thank you.
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness.
